The dance studio I teach at is doing a performance at the end of the year. We were asked to find a piece of art in which we could create our piece around. I am a huge fan of Alice in Wonderland and decided that my youngest children will all represent the Queen of Hearts . I have been searching for artwork of her for about a week now and stumbled upon your piece. I was hoping to get your permission to use this artwork! The image will be projected onto the screen behind the dancers as they are performing. Full credit will be given to you as the artist in the show's program next to the name of my piece. I hope to be able to show off your awesome artwork and use it as inspiration for my choreography!
You should try to make a deck of these, it would be hard to do the rest of the characters, but I'd buy them! You should at least finish the jacks and kings! rabbit and the mad hatter? Would be pretty awesome

At least some project of Disney Deck! And I like the idea of using villains, they deserve for some attention... And the design is original, this eyeless thing is kinda creepy though Well, I guess it fits to bad guys...
I'm looking forward for Captain Hook and Scar... if you'ld think about them.
I very much like this series, and the choice to use older villans. One thing I especially like is that they don't have eyes. I think it keeps the figure from coming off the card to much, it helps the whole thing feel more like it's from a classic deck. And if it were just the whites of the eyes...well, that would be a bit weird.
There is something that seems a bit...off? I can't find the right word for it and I can't quite put my finger on it. I can tell you once I figure it out if you like.
Anyway, I'm loving this series. And sorry if my comment is a bit long.
I think I got it. The background, her collar, and her face are just different shades of the same color, yes? Maleficent has the same color thing going on, but her face is surrounded mostly by a dark purple, so it doesn't seem to...vanish a bit? Hopefully this makes sense.
yeah, that was a problem i came across...i couldn't make her face daker cause she would look weird, and I just didn't want to make the background too light...so I guess I hoped it wouldn't call anyone's attention.
